Welcome to KL Cleaning Pro! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website "klcleaningpro.com", services, and products (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
KL Cleaning Pro offers commercial cleaning services. We provide one-time, recurring, and specialized cleaning services as described on our website or as agreed upon during booking.
- The specific tasks included in the cleaning will be determined at the time of booking. Any additional services not listed in the agreement may incur extra charges.
- Our services are available within London and neighboring communities. Services outside of this area may incur additional fees or may not be available.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- Upon booking, we will confirm the date, time, and details of your cleaning service. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- We strive to arrive on time; however, service times are estimates. We allow for a 30-minute arrival window due to traffic or other unforeseen delays.
- You must provide at least 5hrs notice for any changes or cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50CA.
4. Payment Terms
- We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, cash, cheque etc.
- Payment Due: Payment for one-time cleaning services is due upon completion of the service. Recurring service clients may be billed on a weekly/monthly basis, with payment due within 5 days of the invoice date.
- Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received within 5days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services until payment is made.
5. Pricing
- The prices provided at the time of booking are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, size of the property, or specific needs that may arise during the cleaning process.
- Additional Charges: If the cleaners encounter conditions that require extra work or specialized cleaning, you will be informed of any additional charges before proceeding.
6. Access to Property
- You agree to provide us with access to your property at the agreed-upon time. If we are unable to access the property, we reserve the right to charge a lockout fee of 50CA.
- If you provide keys, security codes, or other access information, we will keep this information secure and confidential. Please notify us of any changes to access instructions.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 5hrs of the cleaning, and we will re-clean the area of concern at no additional charge.
8. Liability
- Our team will take care when cleaning your property. If any damage or breakage occurs, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will review the situation and determine appropriate compensation, if applicable. Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in areas to be cleaned. It is your responsibility to secure or remove valuable items before the cleaning.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if the cleaners encounter hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, biohazards, unsafe environments) that were not disclosed at the time of booking.
9. Cleaning Supplies and Equipment
We will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon. If you prefer us to use your cleaning products or equipment, you must inform us in advance. We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of customer-provided products or equipment.
10. Health and Safety
- Please secure any pets during the cleaning service to avoid accidents or injuries. We are not responsible for pets escaping or being injured during the cleaning service.
- We take health and safety seriously. Our cleaners follow health protocols, such as mask-wearing, sanitizing, etc. to ensure a safe environment. If anyone in your facility is experiencing symptoms of illness, please inform us, and we will reschedule your service.
11. Termination of Service
You or KL Cleaning Pro may terminate cleaning services at any time. If you wish to terminate recurring services, please provide at least 5 business days notice.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the “2025-01-01” at the top will be updated. Continued use of our services after any such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Appeal.
